Fall herb harvest

Chives and parsley. They're hard to air dry so I'm going to put them into the freezer. I have a dehydrator somewhere... I suspect it got put in the crawl space when we moved in, and I hate going in there. Freezer it is!

Mint. This stuff dries like a dream. I'm looking forward to fresh mint tea. It is best to drink it all before spring, as the longer you keep it the less tasty it is.

Horehound. Getting ready for the fall and winter sore throat and cough season. The bees adored the flowers, too.
Lavender. It's a bit raggedy because I mostly left it out for the bumblebees that frequent my garden.
